Welcome to Bierkeller Latsch – Tradition and Enjoyment for Over 150 Years! Our Bierkeller is not only the first rock cellar in South Tyrol but also a piece of history. As early as 1872, a cellar was carved under a rock to naturally cool beer barrels—an innovation that is still used today. These origins have shaped us into what we are today: a place where tradition, nature, and hospitality come together. The Rinner family has carried on this legacy with passion and dedication for three generations.
